This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your order. Smaller items such as parts, helmets, and accessories are dispatched by courier, with timing and delivery charges shown at checkout based on your location.

Motorcycles and e-bikes are prepared and checked before handover. Larger machines may be arranged for collection or specialist delivery—we will confirm the method and any documents required when you order. Please inspect your machine on arrival before signing.

Once your order is on its way, we will contact you to confirm timing. If you are unavailable, we will reschedule to the next convenient slot.
