This Returns Policy explains how returns and exchanges work. If a part or accessory is faulty or not as described, please contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within the period stated at checkout. For safety reasons, motorcycles, e-bikes, and items that have been fitted or used can generally be returned only if they are faulty, and any applicable warranty will apply.
